Enselco GC has active student programs. Annual training and internships for young professionals from leading agricultural universities in Ukraine address two key goals: filling vacancies and providing talented young agricultural specialists with their first job positions.
- Partnership with the unique Open Agro University project, aimed at preparing a new generation of professionals in agricultural and food industries
- Collaboration with educational institutions with the aim of training future agricultural specialists
- Providing with high-quality internships at modern, innovative facilities under the supervision of experienced mentors
- Providing assets for production practice opportunities for agronomy students, including the children of landowners
